Calvin C. Haynes, Jr. was reared in Alabama. He relocated to Georgia in 1979 and is currently a resident of Douglas County, Georgia.

He earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Alabama A&M University in 1975 and has over 30 years of Engineering, Project Management, Automotive Maintenance and Repair, Photography, and  Dance experience.

Calvin is an extremely gifted and talented visionary. Because of his diverse background and multiple interests, Calvin has utilized his project management abilities to structure a platform in which he is able to exercise his many talents and giftings, hence the formation of DD Projects. As a true visionary, he believes that "Men Without Vision Perish."

Calvin's vision is to open up doors of understanding that will effectively change the mindset of men on this earth by utilizing the gift of project management to impact the business world, photography to change how we see things, and dance to elevate the level of worship that has been experienced on this earth.

Engineering and Project Management - Calvin has 30 years of Engineering and Project Management experience. His background includes review, research and development of programs per government specifications in the areas of loss control, quality Control, operational and management systems. He served as Business Consultant, Engineering/Quality Control Manager, Loss Control Manager, and Safety Engineer. Calvin has successfully managed the nationally televised project "Just Say No to Drugs" march, hosted by the City of Atlanta. The project involved over 5,000 students, government officials and national stars. Calvin was nominated for Who’s Who in Business in the year 2000.

Photography - 

Dance - Calvin Haynes began dancing professionally in 1972.  He studied dance under George Faison, Merc Cunningham in New York and served as assistant to Deanne Collins, National Dance Movement Specialist. He was a premier dancer with Huntsville Contemporary Dance Theatre and the Atlanta Dance Theatre from 1973 thru 1983.
